My name is Lukas Rafik Mayer and I work as a designer and visual artist. What interests me most in the vast field of computer graphics and visual effects is translating physical phenomena and patterns in nature to the digital space and to make use of the qualities and movements distinct to the realm of computer-generated imagery. I feel at home working on simulations, procedural modelling as well as lighting & shading.

Things I am enthusiastic about: Houdini (with Arnold, Karma, Octane and Redshift), Nuke, Davinci Resolve, AWS Thinkbox Deadline, Linux (Debian, Mint), Tailscale.

I've collaborated with studios like Colors and the Kids, Ditroit, Field.io, Future Deluxe, Studio Amos Fricke, Tendril and XK Studio for clients like Apple, Google, IBM, Meta, Mercedes-Benz, Nike and Samsung.
